What does the recruitment process through LaborFlow look like?
The process may vary depending on the position and employer, but it usually includes:
Review of your application
Interview with a LaborFlow recruiter
Assessment of your suitability for the position
Presentation of your profile to the employer
Interview or further stages directly with the employer
The employer’s final hiring decision
LaborFlow helps coordinate the process and communication between the candidate and the employer.
Who makes the final hiring decision?
The final hiring decision is always made by the recruiting company.
LaborFlow recommends candidates based on their experience, skills, and how well their profile matches the requirements of the position.
Does an interview with LaborFlow mean that my profile will automatically be sent to the employer?
No, not always.
The first conversation helps us understand your experience, motivation, and expectations. If we believe your profile matches the position, we will discuss the next steps with you.
Does LaborFlow send my CV to companies without my knowledge?
No. Before we present your profile to a specific company, you should know which position and recruitment process it relates to.
Will I know which company the recruitment is for?
In most recruitment processes, you will receive information about the employer before we present your profile.
In some assignments, the recruitment process may be confidential at an early stage. In that case, the recruiter will inform you during the process.
Employment Terms
Who determines the salary and employment conditions?
The employer determines the employment terms.
LaborFlow may provide information about the salary, responsibilities, workplace, and other conditions offered by the employer.
Who do I sign the employment contract with?
You sign the employment contract directly with the company that hires you.
LaborFlow is not a party to your employment contract.

Taking part in a recruitment process does not guarantee employment. The final decision is made by the employer after the recruitment process has been completed.
Working in Sweden and Scandinavia
Does LaborFlow recruit candidates who live outside Sweden?
Yes. LaborFlow also manages international recruitment processes and may present candidates from other European countries to employers in Scandinavia.
Do I need to already live in Sweden to apply?
Not always.
It depends on the position and the employer’s requirements. Some companies are open to candidates who are planning to relocate to Sweden.
Do I need to speak Swedish?
It depends on the position.
In some companies, English may be sufficient as the working language, while other positions require knowledge of Swedish.
Language requirements are normally stated in the job advertisement or communicated by the recruiter.
Does LaborFlow help with relocation?
Relocation support is not included as standard in every recruitment process.
The type of support available regarding relocation, accommodation, or other practical matters depends on the employer and the specific position.
If the employer offers such support, we will inform you during the recruitment process.
Does LaborFlow help with the formalities related to working in Sweden?
LaborFlow can provide information and support with communication regarding certain practical and administrative matters.
Responsibility for specific documents, registrations, and other formal requirements depends on the candidate’s individual situation and the employer’s arrangements.
The level of support is therefore assessed individually for each recruitment process.
After a Job Offer
What happens if the employer wants to hire me?
The employer will present the employment terms and explain the next steps before you start your new role.
LaborFlow can continue to support communication between you and the company and help clarify information related to the process.
Does LaborFlow negotiate my salary on my behalf?
We can communicate information between the candidate and the employer and help both parties clarify their expectations.
However, the final employment terms are agreed directly between you and your future employer.
