Are you passionate about recruitment, sales and building strong client relationships?

LaborFlow Consulting AB is expanding, and we are looking for an independent and commercially driven professional to support our business growth.

Your focus will be on:
• Identifying and approaching potential B2B clients
• Building and developing new client relationships
• Promoting LaborFlow's recruitment and Talent Acquisition services
• Generating new business opportunities and leads
• Supporting the full sales process from first contact to cooperation

We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in B2B sales, recruitment, staffing or HR services
• Is proactive, independent and results-oriented
• Enjoys networking and opening doors to new clients
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

Collaboration model: Freelance

Compensation: Commission-based, with terms negotiated individually
